No Cost to Sign
We cover all costs, so there are no out-of-pocket expenses for you. While our standard land lease works for most, we’re flexible and can adjust it to fit your needs. Let’s work together to make this process simple and stress-free.

No Responsibilities
We take care of every detail in the development process, so landowners can relax and enjoy peace of mind as the project progresses. Your responsibilities are handled by us, allowing you to focus on what matters most.

No Impact
We assure our landowners that the development process won’t disrupt your current land use. If there’s any impact, we’ll ensure compensation as outlined in the contract. Your peace of mind is our priority throughout this journey.

Communication
At Renatus Energy, we value clear communication. We’re committed to keeping landowners engaged with regular updates and a dedicated contact person, always here to answer any questions throughout the project.

Our Process

Land Agreement
Once our team identifies a suitable site for a solar project, we reach out to the landowner to discuss a lease agreement or letter of intent (LOI). Next, we submit the necessary applications to the local utility to connect the project to the power grid.

Development
After the utility confirms project feasibility, we then submit all necessary paperwork and studies to obtain the required permits.
Throughout this process, we keep our landowners informed about project progress, including timelines and design updates. We also welcome their feedback and input.

Construction
We provide ample notice before construction begins, ensuring landowners have time to adjust their operations as needed. Construction typically takes 6 to 9 months and involves a team of professionals, including local inspectors, electricians, contractors, and engineers.

Operation
Landowners receive consistent lease income for 25+ years. Our solar projects require minimal maintenance and generate clean energy from sunlight. The energy is then delivered to homes and businesses through the local power grid.

Decommissioning
At the end of the lease, we're responsible for decommissioning the project. This includes removing the entire system and ensuring the land is restored to its original condition. We guarantee compliance with all environmental regulations and standards.
